David Jacobs, M.D.

A Maryland native, David Jacobs, M.D. specializes in nonsurgical management of back and neck pain, and other musculoskeletal disorders. His clinical practice emphasizes treating these disorders with medication management, physical therapy, lifestyle changes, ultrasound-guided peripheral joint injections, and fluoroscopic-guided spine injections.

Dr. Jacobs is also trained in the latest techniques for treating intractable knee pain with genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation. He also performs epidural steroid injections, facet and sacroiliac joint injections, medial branch nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation.

Dr. Jacobs takes a patient-centric approach to improve the quality of life and function of his patients. As a result, on the first visit he will focus on understanding each patient’s unique medical history. Dr. Jacobs will then work with the patient to develop a treatment plan tailored to one’s needs and lifestyle, and provide treatment options to consider.

His interests include hiking with his Labrador Retriever, running, and tennis.
